An internationalized domain name (IDN) is an Internet domain name that contains non-ASCII characters.

As the Serbian language is written in Cyrillic, IDNs in Serbian may be popular in a near future. This is much less likely for Slovenian and Croatian, for which the added value of IDN domains compared to ASCII domains is questionable.
