In Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia, country-code domain names, are respectively .si, .ba, .rs (will replace the .yu for Serbia), .me (will replace the .yu for Montenegro) & .hr. They can only be registered by citizens of the country or companies & institutions established in the country. National extensions are appreciated locally, mostly by institutions, but also by companies and website owners. But because of registration limitations, the demand from international domainers is very scarce in South-East Europe for national extensions, unless they concern highly premium domains.
